Thai cooking is uniquely different from other South East Asian Cuisine. It is influenced by Chinese & Indian cuisine & has been modified with fresh local herbs & spices, combined to create many unique Thai dishes
Thai cooking is an art form. The taste of each dish is of utmost importance. However, its preparation & presentation are of equal importance. The dishes must have the distinctive Thai taste. At the same time, they must be fragrant & colorful. When thinking about Thai food, the first thing that may come to mind is that Thai food is combined tastes of spiciness, saltiness, sweetness, sourness, & sometimes bitterness. Creating a truly unique & truly harmonious taste. The secret is in the ingredients.
With humble beginnings, we were taught to cook by our grandmother since we were young. After moving to the US, we learned the ropes in our family's restaurant, Bahn Thai Seattle, WA. Now we have finally landed our dream restaurant here in the beautiful Summit County. We are deeply inspired to bring our childhood memories alive & to share them with Frisco diners.
